Review:

There are many books on the market today on Real Estate investing. Most of full of hype and colorful stories full of gimmicks and get rich quick schemes. This is not one of them. The author has valuable information to share. The disks are a valuable source of information. These CD’s can be an asset to anyone that is interested in getting into the Real Estate business and does not want to be pegged as a seminar investor. After listening to Robert Erwin’s CD’s I plan on purchasing his books. Finally, someone is actually providing information that is useful to the novice investor.
