Review:

This is a very informative audio book series for those who want to improve their speaking skills. It is a little dull though. I would recommend listening to the cd while you are doing something else at your computer (i.e. surfing the internet, buying things on eBay etc.) and then just jot down the 101 secrets and returning the cd back.
